摘　　要：结合工程工艺设计实例简述了4,6-二羟基嘧啶的工艺技术方案,主要采用了闪蒸、降膜蒸发,连续萃取、汽提塔纯化等工艺技术,实现节能降耗,提高生产效率、产品收率、产品纯度。Combining engineering process design examples,the process technology scheme of 4,6-dihydroxypyrimidine is briefly described.It mainly uses flash evaporation,falling film evaporation,continuous extraction,stripping tower purification and other process technologies to achieve the goal of energy saving,consumption reduction,and the increase of production efficiency,product yield and product purity.
