摘　　要：随着社会经济不断发展,化工领域发展速度正在逐年上升,对于化工领域而言,工作相关的实验设备是保证工作效果的基础内容。化工机械设备随着行业发展,应用精度和强度不断提升,并且容易受到工作环境的影响出现设备故障,给后续工作带来严重影响,降低工作效率同时,降低化工行业发展速度。根据化工机械设备在管理工作中出现的问题,提出针对性解决方式,致力于提高机械设备养护和管理工作质量。With the continuous development of social economy,the development speed of chemical industry is increasing year by year.For the chemical industry,work-related experimental equipment is the basic content to ensure the work effect.With the development of the industry,the application accuracy and strength of chemical machinery and equipment continue to improve,and are vulnerable to the impact of the working environment,resulting in equipment failure,which has a serious impact on the follow-up work,reducing work efficiency and the development speed of the chemical industry.According to the problems in the management of chemical machinery and equipment,this paper puts forward targeted solutions to improve the quality of machinery and equipment maintenance and management.
