摘　　要：近年来城市更新趋于常态化,由于各个城市发展水平及定位不同,地域特色各异,其更新策略不可一概而论。以重庆街区更新为例,提出“人文、国际、生态、智慧”四个更新理念,在揭示各更新理念内涵的基础上,分析其行动策略和路径;最后,以九龙坡区为例加以阐释,以期对其他地区的街区空间更新有所启发。In recent years,urban renewal tends to be normalized.Due to the different levels of development and positioning of various cities and their different geographical characteristics,their renewal cannot be generalized.Takes Chongqing district renewal as an example,the paper puts forward four renewal concepts of“humanity,international,ecology and wisdom”,and analyzes their action strategies and paths on the basis of revealing the connotation of each renewal concept.Finally,takes Jiulongpo District as an example to explain,in order to inspire the renewal of block space in other areas.
