摘　　要：通过对国内EPC项目招标时点的研究和两阶段设计利益相关者的分析,揭示设计管理存在的利益悖论。基于价值共创理论构建DART-PDCA模型,给出两阶段设计管理中存在的利益悖论问题的相应对策建议,实现业主和总承包商的合作共赢。This paper reveals the interest paradox in design management by researching the bidding time of domestic EPC projects and analyzing the two-stage design stakeholder.Based on the theory of value co-creation,constructs the DART-PDCA model,and gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the benefit paradox existing in the two-stage design management,so as to realize the win-win cooperation between the owner and the general contractor.
