摘　　要：分析施工企业BOT+EPC项目融资存在的融资成本高、融资难等问题,提出利用社会资本筹集资金、严控融资成本风险、拓展融资渠道、完善BOT+EPC融资模式等建议,以期帮助施工企业规避融资风险。This paper analyzes the problems of high financing cost and difficulty in financing in construction enterprises’BOT+EPC project financing,and puts forward some suggestions,such as using social capital to raise funds,strictly controlling financing cost risk,expanding financing channels,and improving BOT+EPC financing model,in order to help construction companies avoid financing risks.
