摘 要:以抗生素中典型的氯霉素(CAP)作为研究对象,探讨了紫外/一氯胺(UV/NH_(2)Cl)高级氧化技术降解CAP的反应动力学、影响因素和消毒副产物生成情况。结果表明,对比单独UV工艺及UV/NH_(2)Cl高级氧化技术,NH_(2)Cl的加入可以明显提高CAP的降解速度,假一级动力学降解速率常数可达0.0172 min-1。提升NH_(2)Cl浓度可以促进CAP的降解,然而随着pH值的增加,对CAP的降解率呈现先增加后降低的趋势,在pH值为7时降解率最大。此外,在UV/NH_(2)Cl体系中,水中的无机阴离子(Cl^(-)、Br^(-)、HCO_(3)^(-))及天然有机物(NOM)的存在均会对CAP的降解起到不同程度的抑制作用。在消毒副产物的生成方面,相比单独的NH_(2)Cl预氧化方式,UV/NH_(2)Cl预氧化会降低后续氯胺消毒过程中三氯硝基甲烷、二氯乙腈、二氯乙酰胺和三氯乙酰胺的产生。Chloramphenicol(CAP),a typical antibiotic,was degraded by an advanced oxidation technology—ultraviolet/monochloroamine(UV/NH_(2)Cl),and the degradation kinetics,influencing factors and disinfection byproducts(DBPs)formation were investigated.Compared with single UV process,the addition of NH_(2)Cl could significantly improve the degradation rate of CAP,and the pseudofirst-order kinetic rate constant could reach 0.0172 min-1.Increasing NH_(2)Cl concentration was conducive to improve the degradation efficiency of CAP.However,with the increase of pH value,the degradation rate of CAP increased first and then decreased,and the degradation rate reached the maximum when the pH value was 7.In addition,the presence of some inorganic anions(Cl^(-),Br^(-),HCO_(3)^(-))and natural organic matter(NOM)would inhibit CAP removal to different degrees.Compared with single NH_(2)Cl pre-oxidation method,UV/NH_(2)Cl pre-oxidation could decrease the production of trichloronitromethane,dichloroacetonitrile,dichloroacetamide and trichloroacetamide in the subsequent chloramine disinfection process.
