摘  要:目前,变电站断路器合闸检同期多由间隔测控装置实现,一旦测控装置发生故障,则无法实现断路器同期合闸,导致两侧交流电源不能并网。提出一种基于总线结构,配置一台公用检同期装置,实现全站多间隔的检同期方法。该方法具有经济、灵活和可靠的特点,不仅可以作为测控装置检同期的后备,也可以用于国内外传统变电站无间隔测控装置的检同期。本方法已在实际工程中得到应用。At present,the circuit breaker closing operation with synchro-check is implemented by each Bay Control Unit(BCU)in the substation automatic control system(SAS).However the synchro-check function of the circuit breaker would be disable when the BCU failed.In this situation,it leads to that the two power system on both sides of the circuit breaker cannot be connected together.This article puts forward a method based on bus architecture to realize multiple bays synchro-check function by one common synchro-check device.This method can not only work as a backup of synchro-check function in SAS,but also as main synchro-check function in the domestic and overseas traditional substations which without BCU.It has characteristics of flexibility,economy and reliability.The method has been applied in practical engineering.
