摘 要:国际工程的投标是一项复杂的系统性工作,具有时间长、成本高、风险大的特点,需要工程建设所涉及的商务、设计、采购、施工等方面的管理人员和技术人员的共同参与。本文主要从总承包商的角度出发,针对国际工程的投标程序管理,论述包括项目跟踪、审查、投标组织、投标文件评审、投标决策、合同谈判及移交等环节的关键点,指出企业必须总结相应的管理经验,标准化投标管控,提高管理效率,规避项目风险,才能使投标工作达到理想的效果。The bidding of international project is a very complicated systematic work,which has the characteristics of long time,high cost and high risk.It requires the joint participation of management and technical engineers in design,procurement and construction involved in project.From the view of contractor,this paper is discussed that the bidding management of international EPC projects,including project tracking,review,bidding organization,bidding document review,bidding decision,contract negotiation and transfer.It is pointed out that enterprises should sum up the corresponding management experience,standardize the management of international EPC projects bidding,improve efficiency of management and avoid the project risk,in order to achieve the ideal effect of bidding work.
