摘　　要：本文旨在提出室内装饰装修工程中施工质量控制与施工管理的策略,提高室内装饰装修工程的整体质量。通过调查分析法和归纳总结法阐述室内装饰装修的施工要点,室内装饰施工管控的重要性,分析并总结当前室内装饰施工存在的问题,针对施工管理缺乏体制化体系、材料工艺质量不达标、施工人员专业素养不强等问题,提出加强监督、科学管理,材料检验、严控工艺质量和集中培训、提高专业素养等策略方法,以保证室内装饰装修工程施工的严谨性、安全性和实效性,为室内装饰装修行业在施工质量和管理方面提出新思路。This paper aims at proposing a quality control and management strategy for interior decoration construction,which is hoped to improve the overall quality of such a project.By field research and induction method,the paper concluded the key points that are vital for interior decoration and stressed the importance of its management.It also analyzed the existing problems encountered in the current interior decoration industry.Focusing on problems such as lack of institutionalized management system,unqualified material crafts,and absence of professional construction personnel,the paper put forward strategies such as strengthening supervision,reenforcing craft quality,improving professional qualities,scientific management,material check,and centralized training.All these strategies are adopted to ensure the construction project to be carried out strictly,safely,and substantially.They are also hoped to provide new thinking for the quality and management of interior decoration construction.
