毫火针配合热敏灸治疗骨突处皮肤疮疡医案2则

摘　　要：“诸痛痒疮,皆属于火”素来认为疮疡属热证,《灵枢·经筋》云:“热则筋纵不收,无用燔针”。于是,就有了“热证禁灸”之说,一些医家拘泥于此言,认为热证禁用火针及艾灸。实则不然,火针及艾灸既可“借火助阳”以补虚,又可“开门祛邪”以泻实,乃至“以热引热”,使火郁壅滞得泻,即“火郁发之”之意。作者运用毫火针配合热敏灸治疗各种创伤后骨突处皮肤疮疡疗效显著,附验案2则。“All pain and itching sore belong to the fire”,“sore and ulcer belong to the heat syndrome”,Ling Shu·Jingjin says:“Heat is not collected longitudinal tendons,no use of burnt needle”.Heat syndrome banned moxibustion,some doctors adhere to this statement,that heat syndrome banned the use of fire needle and moxibustion.In fact,the fire needle and moxibustion not only can“help yang by fire”to fill the deficiency,but also“open the door to dispel evil”to diarrhea,or even“heat to induce heat”,so that the stagnation of the stagnation of the fire,that is,“fire stagnation arising”meaning.The treatment of various post-traumatic skin sores at the bone process by using thermal sensitive moxibustion with millimo-fire needle is effective.2 cases are attached.
