穴位按摩联合药膳对剖宫产产褥期疾病的预防作用

摘　　要：目的观察剖宫产产褥期疾病中医穴位按摩联合药膳的预防效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2020年1月江西省永丰县中医院剖宫产产妇100例,依据产褥期护理方法的不同分为常规护理的常规护理组和常规护理基础上中医药膳联合穴位按摩护理的联合护理组,每组50例。比较2组产妇的产褥期疾病发生情况,食欲和母乳喂养情况,恶露持续、子宫复旧、体质量恢复时间及护理总满意度。结果联合护理组产妇的产后便秘、肠梗阻、腹胀、切口感染发生率均低于常规护理组(P<0.05);联合护理组产妇的食欲良好率、母乳喂养率均高于常规护理组(P<0.05);联合护理组产妇的恶露持续时间、子宫复旧时间、体质量恢复时间均短于常规护理组(P<0.05);联合护理组的护理总满意度为96.0%(48/50),高于常规护理组的74.0%(37/50)(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产产褥期疾病中医穴位按摩联合药膳的预防效果好,能减少产妇的产褥期疾病,提高产妇的食欲、母乳喂养率及总满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the preventive effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage combined with medicinal diet on cesarean section and puerperal diseases.Methods Retrospectively selecting 100 cases of cesarean births in Yongfeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020,according to the different methods of puerperium nursing,they were divided into routine nursing group and traditional Chinese medicine diet combined with acupoint massage nursing group on the basis of routine nursing,with 50 cases in each group.The incidence of puerperium diseases,appetite,breastfeeding,lochia persistence,uterine involution,body weight recovery time and total satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postpartum constipation,intestinal obstruction,abdominal distension and incision infection in the combined nursing group were lower than those in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The rate of good appetite and breastfeeding in combined nursing group were higher than those in conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The duration of lochia,uterine involution time and body weight recovery time in combined nursing group were all shorter than those in conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the combined nursing group was 96.0%(48/50),which was higher than that of the conventional nursing group(74.0%,37/50)(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage combined with medicated diet has a good preventive effect on cesarean section and puerperium diseases,which can reduce puerperium diseases,improve puerperium’s appetite,breastfeeding rate and total satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
