摘　　要：结合援建卢旺达基加利市10公里道路改造项目可行性研究阶段的估算编制,对比分析新旧估算的造价差异。研究表明:依据新定额编制的投资估算中人工费的调整幅度偏高,并且会对项目投资限额的确定造成一定程度的影响。然后通过分析存在的问题,提出了人工费的调整方法及建议,供同类项目投资估算参考。This paper compares and analyzes the cost difference between the old and new estimates based on the estimate preparation in the feasibility study stage of the 10km road reconstruction project in Kigali City,Rwanda.The results show that the adjustment range of labor cost in the investment estimation based on the new quota is on the high side,and it will affect the determination of the project investment quota to a certain extent.Then through the analysis of the existing problems,puts forward the adjustment methods and suggestions of labor cost for reference of investment estimation of similar projects.
