摘　　要：从当前油气地质调查主要工作手段,即二维地震和参数井的工作内涵、特点以及最新的技术标准出发,分析工作手段技术参数,搭建技术框架。然后按照基础定额、技术经济参数、“量、价、费”测算等步骤,搭建包含直接费、间接费、不可预见费的经济框架。最后为适应财政预算管理,简化预算标准表现形式,搭建有别于石油公司工程量计价清单的、简明扼要的预算标准表现形式。This paper analyzes the technical parameters of the working means and sets up the technical framework based on the connotation,characteristics and the latest technical standards of the main working means of the current oil and gas geological survey,two-dimensional seismic and parameter wells.Then,according to the basic quota,technical and economic parameters,“quantity,price,cost”calculation and other steps,sets up the economic framework including direct cost,indirect cost and unpredictable cost.Finally,in order to adapt to the financial budget management,simplifies the budget standard expression,and builds a concise form of budget standard expression that is different from the bill of quantities of oil companies.
