摘　　要：为帮助文化类小微、初创企业缓解经营压力,推动营商环境优化,有效促进产业集聚,北京市于2020年首次设立“房租通”专项资金,并引入北京市工程咨询有限公司进行资金全过程管理。从政策介绍、工作难点、实践经验及对策建议等方面,对“房租通”专项资金全过程管理工作进行介绍,为未来该政策的继续完善,以及其他省市出台类似政策、开展相关工作提供借鉴。In order to help cultural small and micro enterprises,start-up enterprises to relieve operating pressure,to promote optimization of the business environment and to promote industrial agglomeration effectively,Beijing introduced the“Rental Link”policy for the first time in 2020.Beijing Municipal Engineering Consulting Co.,Ltd.was responsible for the whole process management of“House Rent Link”policy fund.Focuses on policy introduction,work difficulties,practical experience and countermeasure suggestions,this article introduces the whole process management of the“House Rent Link”,provides references to help the policy improve continuously in the future,as well as to help other provinces and cities introduce similar policies and carry out related work.
