金融集聚、房价上涨对产业结构升级的空间溢出效应

摘　　要：利用2004-2019年中国的省级面板数据,构建两种空间权重矩阵,通过空间杜宾模型检验金融集聚、房价上涨对产业结构升级的空间溢出效应。结果表明,金融集聚、房价上涨促进了本地区产业结构升级且存在空间溢出效应,但本地金融集聚、房价上涨抑制了周边地区产业结构升级。伴随房价上涨,金融聚集会弱化本地区产业结构升级的促进作用,增强对周边地区产业结构升级的抑制作用。与第三产业相比,金融集聚、房价上涨对第二产业影响及空间溢出效应更大。信息化水平的提高刺激了周边地区的产业结构调整,过多的政府干预阻碍了本地区和周边地区的产业结构升级。This paper uses the national provincial panel data from 2004 to 2019 to construct two different spatial weight matrices,and uses the spatial panel Dubin model to empirically analyze the spatial spillover effects of financial agglomeration and rising housing prices on industrial structure upgrading.The results show that financial agglomeration and rising housing prices have promoted the upgrading of the regional industrial structure and have spatial spillover effects,but local financial agglomeration and rising housing prices have inhibited the upgrading of the industrial structure in the surrounding areas.With the increase in housing prices,the role of financial agglomeration in promoting the upgrading of the regional industrial structure has weakened,and the restraining effect of the upgrading of the industrial structure in surrounding areas has increased.The influence of financial agglomeration and housing price increase on the secondary industry is greater than that on the tertiary industry,and the spatial spillover effect on the secondary industry is also greater than that on the tertiary industry.Excessive government intervention will hinder the upgrading of the industrial structure of the region and surrounding areas.
