摘  要:位于新疆维吾尔自治区尉犁县的克亚克库都克烽燧遗址,是丝绸之路沿线上的唐代军事设施遗址,遗址出土的纺织品作为该时期丝路沿线的代表,反映了该时期的历史文化信息,具有重要的研究意义。染料是纺织品文物色彩的最重要的物质基础之一,古代天然染料具有化学组分多样、原料来源广泛、染色工艺复杂等特点,给出土纺织品的染料分析带来巨大挑战。借助精确分子量,基于银纳米颗粒建立的MALDI-FTICR-MS检测方法可以实现化学结构相似染料分子、多种类染料组分的同时鉴定,在复杂染料的定性分析上具有广阔的应用前景。Keyakekuduke beacon tower site,located in Yuli County,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,is a site of military installation from Tang Dynasty along the Silk Road.The textiles unearthed from the site is of great research significance,as the representatives along the Silk Road of this period reflecting historical and cultural information.Dyes are one of the most important material foundations of color from textiles.Featured by diversified chemical components,wide sources of raw materials and complex dyeing techniques,ancient natural dyes from unearthed textiles were challenging to be identified.By means of precise molecular weight,dye molecules with similar chemical structure could be distinguished and multiple dye components simultaneously identified based on silver nanoparticles-based matrix assisted laser deposition ionization-Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance-mass spectrometry(MALDI-FTICR-MS),demonstrated as a promising tool in the qualitative analysis of complex dyes with broad application prospect.
