氨水泵振动原因分析及处理措施

摘　　要：现阶段,我国经济发展迅速,化工生产为国家经济提供了巨大动力,在化工企业中的氨吸收制冷装置或氨水提浓装置中经常会用到氨水泵,但设备在生产中经常会出现振动现象,相关工作人员必须要正确判断泵振动产生的原因,同时根据原因寻找相应的解决方案。下面本文就山东地区某企业氨水泵振动过大问题及原因进行研究,并根据其存在问题进行解决。At present,China's economic development is rapid,chemical production with a large power for the national economy,in the chemical enterprise of ammonia absorption refrigeration unit or ammonia concentration device often used ammonia pumps,but often appear in production equipment vibration phenomenon,relevant staff must be correctly judge the causes leading to vibration pump,at the same time,according to the reason to find appropriate solutions.The following paper studies the excessive vibration of ammonia pump in an enterprise in Shandong province and its causes,and solves the problem according to its existence。
