摘 要:通过以球状和片状锌粉为防腐原料,以PVB和KH-550为粘结剂,制备出具有可焊性的碳钢防腐富锌底漆.研究了球/片状锌粉值,溶剂选择、流变助剂和粘结剂添加量等对涂料性能影响,并对涂层进行了盐雾、高低温循环、可焊性、附着力和显微形貌等测试与表征.结果表明,当球状和片状锌粉比例为9:1,助剂YB-201A,PVB,6900-20X,有机硅膨润土和KH-550添加量分别为为1%、1%、3%、0.5%、5%,溶剂的选择为异丙醇,正丁醇,乙二醇乙醚,二甲苯共同使用时涂料的防沉降和附着力性能达到最优.在此条件下获得的涂层在耐盐雾、高低温循环、可焊性等方面能够满足实际需要.Spherical and flake zinc powder is used as anticorrosive raw material, and PVB and KH-550 are used as binders to prepare a carbon steel anticorrosive and zinc-rich primer with weldability. Effects of ball/flaky zinc powder value, solvent selection, rheological additives and binder additions on the performance of coatings are studied, and the coatings with salt spray test, high-low temperature cycle, cohesion and microscopic morphology are characterized. These results show that the anti-settling and cohesion properties of the coating are optimal when the ratio of spherical and flake zinc powder is 9∶1, and the content of YB-201 A, PVB, 6900-20 X, silicone bentonite and KH-550 are 1%, 1%, 3%, 0.5% and 5% respectively with a solvent system of isopropanol, n-butanol, ethylene glycol ether and xylene. The coating under these conditions can meet the practical needs in terms of salt spray resistance, high-low temperature cycle and weldability.
