摘 要:针对目前以二维显示为主的电子海图系统存在的可视化效果不够理想的问题,以琼州海峡三维电子海图系统开发为例,在扼要介绍琼州海峡概况及其数据预处理的基础上,针对该系统的功能设计要求,重点对基于ArcGIS的基础数据处理、3D Max的海图符号三维建模和Skyline的三维场景搭建等关键技术内容进行了详细介绍。结果表明,该三维电子海图系统具有较逼真的三维可视化效果和较强的空间分析功能,可更好满足琼州海峡船舶航行、港口码头管理和海洋工程建设等应用的需要。In view of the problems that the visualization effect of the electronic chart system based on two-dimensional display is not ideal,this paper takes the development of three-dimensional electronic chart system of Qiongzhou Strait as an example.On the basis of a brief introduction of the Qiongzhou Strait and its data preprocessing,according to the functional design requirements of the system,it focuses on the basic data processing based on ArcGIS,the 3D modeling of chart symbol making based on 3D Max and skyline’s 3D scene building are introduced in detail.The results show that the 3D electronic chart system has a more realistic 3D visualization effect and strong spatial analysis function,which can better meet the needs of ship navigation,port management and marine engineering construction in Qiongzhou Strait.
