摘　　要：目的探讨本次新型冠状病毒肺炎防控存在的问题并总结经验,为进一步完善未来应急体系提供参考依据。方法通过结合中南大学湘雅二医院及武汉部分医院疫情防控现状,并查询相关卫生应急管理文献,分析归纳并总结经验。结果存在以下几个问题:公共卫生应急体系建设薄弱,疾病预防部门的权威差;缺乏依托大型公立医院的公共卫生应急体系;缺乏具有应急条件的多功能病房;应急队伍的科学培训体系不完善;紧急救援的后备人才有限;应急物资的储备及紧急生产能力欠缺等。结论国家应强化疾控中心部门的功能,简化公共灾害事件上报流程,发挥大型公立医院优势,完善应急队伍科学培训体系,以便提高公共灾害事件的应急能力。Objective To explore the problems in the prevention and control of COVID-19 and summarize the experi‐ence,so as to provide some information for further improving emergency system in future.Methods Combining with the current situation of epidemic prevention and control in our hospital and some hospitals in Wuhan,the relevant health emergency management literature was analyzed and summarized.Results The establishment of public health emergen‐cy system was weak and the authority of centers for disease control was poor.There was lack of public health emergen‐cy system based on large public hospitals;multi-functional wards with emergency conditions,emergency material re‐serve,emergency production capacity shortage,perfected scientific training system of emergency teams and reserve of emergency rescue personnel in our country.Conclusion The state should strengthen the functions of the centers for dis‐ease control,simplify the reporting process of public disasters,make full use of the advantages of large public hospitals,and improve the scientific training system of emergency teams and other measures to provide the emergency response capacity of public disasters.
