摘　　要：目的调查护理人员对道路交通事故成批伤员救援知识、态度、行为现状及其影响因素,分析护理人员对道路交通事故成批伤救援的态度、行为与灾害应急知识的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019年9月省医学会灾难医学分会所涉及的各级医疗单位1360护理人员为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、护理人员灾害应急知识量表、道路交通事故护理人员态度问卷、行为问卷进行调查。结果共回收有效问卷1309份,护理人员灾害应急知识量表平均得分为(3.31±0.73)分;不同职称、工作年限、工作科室、是否参与过道路交通事故院外急救、院内急救的护理人员灾害应急知识量表得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理人员对道路交通事故伤成批伤急救的灾害应急知识与救援态度和行为均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论护理人员灾害应急知识水平处于中等偏下,医院护理管理者应加强对护理人员道路交通事故成批伤员救援知识及相关态度的培养,进一步提高护理人员道路交通事故成批伤员救援能力。Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of nurses'knowledge,attitude and be‐havior on the rescue of the injured in road traffic accidents,and analyze the correlation between nurses'attitude and be‐havior on the rescue of the injured in road traffic accidents and disaster emergency knowledge.Methods By means of convenience sampling,The 1360 nurses involved in the disaster medicine branch of the provincial medical association in September 2019 were selected as the research objects.General information questionnaire,disaster emergency knowl‐edge scale of nurses,attitude questionnaire and behavior questionnaire of road traffic accident nurses were used for in‐vestigation.Results A total of 1309 valid questionnaires were collected,and the average score of nurses'disaster emer‐gency knowledge scale was(3.31±0.73)points.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in the scores of disaster emergency knowledge scale of nurses with different professional titles,working years,working departments,whether they had participated in the pre-hospital first aid of road traffic accidents and the hospital first aid(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between nurses'emergency knowledge and rescue attitude and behavior(P<0.01).Conclusion The knowledge level of nurses in disaster emergency is below the middle level,so the hospital nursing managers should strengthen the training of the knowledge and related attitude of the rescue of the group of wounded in road traffic accidents,so as to further improve the rescue ability of the group of wounded in road traffic accidents.
