重症伤员航空医学救援前医学准备重要性和规范化的回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨重症伤员航空医学救援前医学准备的重要性和规范化模式。方法回顾性分析11例重症伤员航空医学救援的医学准备工作,包括人员配备、病史采集、飞行前评估以及针对可能发生的飞行应激反应预设应对措施。结果11例重症伤员空运后送过程中,7例伤员因飞行前评估不完整,导致对飞行过程中出现的焦虑、高热和寒冷的对症处置措施准备不足;其他4例伤员由于飞行前评估完整、详细,飞行过程中针对飞行应激反应处置及时、合理。结论飞行医护人员的合理配备、完整的病史采集、登机前全面病情评估是重症伤员成功航空医学救援的基础和保证。Objective To explore the importance and standardization of medical preparation before aviation medical rescue for critically ill patients.Methods The medical preparation for aviation medical rescue of 11 critically ill pa‐tients,including staffing,medical history collection,pre-flight evaluation and pre-flight possible response to flight stress,were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 11 patients with severe injuries,7 patients were not fully pre‐pared for the treatment measures of anxiety,high fever and cold during flight due to incomplete pre-flight evaluation,while the other 4 patients were timely and reasonable for the treatment of flight stress response due to the complete and detailed pre-flight evaluation.Conclusion The foundation and guarantee of successful aviation medical rescue for the seriously injured patients are the reasonable equipment of flight medical staff,complete medical history collection and comprehensive condition evaluation before airlift.
