摘　　要：“双规则货品”是指IGC规则第19章中标记的,同时收录于IBC规则的货品。通过梳理分析IGC规则、IBC规则和MARPOL公约-附则II等公约规则,探讨船舶载运“双规则货品”时需具备哪些国际适装证书。The"double-rule products"refer to the products specified in Chapter 19 of IGC Code and covered by IBC Code at the same time.Based on a review and study of the provisions of IGC Code,IBC Code,Annex II of MARPOL and other relevant provisions,this paper probes into the international fitness certificates necessary for ships to carry"double-rule products".
