摘　　要：海事履约机制是我国海事履约能力和水平提升的制度保障。梳理现阶段直属海事系统需履行的国际组织、区域组织、双边协议等法律文件情况,介绍当前海事履约机制运行情况及取得的成效,对海事履约机制存在的问题进行了分析,并提出相应的对策和建议。The implementation scheme in maritime sector is essential in improving maritime implementation capabilities.This paper sorts out instruments that required to be implemented at international,regional and bilateral levels by China Maritime Safety Administration,introduces current operation of the scheme and achievements during the implementation of instruments,analyzes issues of the current implementation scheme and puts forward corresponding proposals.
