摘　　要：本文以浙江省第一批采用PPP模式的金华市某城镇污水厂为例,总结了PPP模式下,污水厂关键处理工艺——UBF反应池的质量控制要点,并对污水厂运营效果及成本进行了分析,以期为相关工程的实施提供借鉴和参考。Taking the first batch of Jinhua city sewage plants in Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper summarizes the key treatment process of sewage treatment plant UBF reaction pool under PPP mode,and analyzes the operation effect and cost of sewage plant,in order to provide reference for the implementation of related projects.
