摘　　要：中医中药是中华民族的伟大瑰宝,但中医药在实验设计及论证方法手段方面尚需借助外来力量验证其发挥作用的药理学机制。因此,建立国际联合实验室是推动中医药走向世界的重要途径,通过河南中医药大学——英国阿尔斯特大学及南安普顿大学开展合作研究,以论证并确定能够改善神经退行性疾病内在进程的胃肠道肽类激素和中药及小分子抗神经退行性疾病药物为目标,采取资源共享、优势互补、相互借鉴对方经验的管理模式,改革实验室原有管理上存在的问题,同时引进先进的学术思想与科研技术,促进国际科技信息的流动,拓宽实验室学术领域,全面提升学生能力,并为神经退行性疾病的临床诊疗提供新策略。Traditional Chinese medicine is a great treasure of the Chinese nation. However, in terms of experimental design and demonstration methods, it needs to use Western medical methods to verify the pharmacological mechanism of Chinese medicine. Therefore, the establishment of an international joint laboratory is an important way to promote Chinese medicine to the world. Through the collaborative research conducted by Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ulster University and University of Southampton, the goal is established to demonstrate gastrointestinal peptide hormones, traditional Chinese medicine and small molecule anti-neurodegenerative disease drugs that can improve the progression of neurodegenerative diseases. The management model is to share resources, to complement each other’s advantages and learn from each other’s experience, to reform the original management problems of the laboratory, and at the same time, to introduce advanced academic ideas and scientific research technology, to promote the flow of international scientific and technological information, to expand the academic field of the laboratory, and to improve students’ ability in an all-round way as well as provide new strategies for clinical diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
