摘　　要：住居特征是关于某区域住宅实体和居住状况的综合表达。文章通过统计数据和实地调研方式,初步梳理了上海乡村建设用地、人口密度、村级组织设施和人均住宅建筑面积等指标的发展脉络,从家庭规模、建成年代、结构类型、住宅层数、住宅来源、住宅类型及厨卫设施等方面进行统计和对比分析,尝试呈现上海乡村住居特征,研究有助于揭示大都市乡村人居发展及其变化规律。The characteristic of housing and living is a comprehensive expression of residential entities and living conditions in a certain area.Based on statistical data and field surveys,it was preliminarily sorted out in this paper about the development context of Shanghai’s countryside including construction land,population density,village—level organizational facilities,and per capita residential building area.The statistical and comparative analysis was made from the family scale,built year,structure type,number of residential floors,residential Statistics and comparative analysis of sources,housing types,kitchen and bathroom facilities,aimed to present the characteristics of housing and living in Shanghai countryside.The research in this article would be helpful reveal the development and change laws of rural human settlements surrounding metropolises.
