摘  要:煤焦与CO_(2)的气化反应是评价煤种气化反应活性的重要指标之一。分别在自主设计的一套微型喷动床反应装置和热重分析仪上采用等温和非等温的方法对煤焦-CO_(2)气化反应动力学进行探讨。结果表明:神华焦和大雁焦CO_(2)气化反应符合混合反应模型,其采用非等温分析方法由Coats-Redfern近似函数和Doyle近似函数得到的反应活化能分别为173.73—193.96 kJ/mol和154.07—173.02 kJ/mol,二者的指前因子数量级均在106—107之间,而采用等温分析方法得到的反应活化能分别为248.03 kJ/mol和194.66 kJ/mol,指前因子分别为1.62×10^(9)s^(-1)和8.17×10^(10)s^(-1)。与热重程序升温法相比,在微型喷动床反应装置进行的煤焦—CO_(2)气化反应能够有效避免扩散作用对主体反应的影响,且反应速率相对较大。The gasification reaction of coal char and CO_(2) is one of the important indexes to evaluate the reactivity of coal gasification.The reaction kinetics of coal char-CO_(2) gasification was studied by using isothermal and non-isothermal methods on a set of independent design micro spouted bed reactor and TGA.The results show that the CO_(2) gasification reaction of Shenhua coal char and Dayan coal char conforms to the mixed reaction model.The non-isothermal analysis method was used to obtain the reaction activation energy through Coats-Redfern approximation function and Doyle approximation function,which were 173.73-193.96 kJ/mol and 154.07-173.02 kJ/mol,respectively,and the order of pre-index factors of both were 106-107.The activation energies of Shenhua coal char and Dayan coal char were 248.03 kJ/mol and 194.66 kJ/mol by the isothermal analysis method,and the pre-index factors were 1.62×10^(9)s^(-1) and 8.17×10^(10)s^(-1).Compared with the thermogravimetric method,the effect of diffusion on the main reaction can be effectively avoided in the micro spouted bed reactor,and the reaction rate is relatively larger.
