摘　　要：作为史料宝库,近代报纸的价值与特点已经成为共识。随着学界关注点从通商口岸的城市拓展至集镇等区域社会,报纸史料的局限性日益显现,因此要求研究者更新理念与方法,着力挖掘其文献价值背后的文本意义。独流镇的研究个案表明,深入分析文章内容及其生成机制,综合梳理多源文献,以及必要的实地调查,都是读懂近代报纸华北集镇书写的应有之义。As a treasure of historical data,the value and characteristics of modern newspapers have become a consensus. With the expansion of the focus from the trade port city to the market town and other regional societies,the limitations of newspaper historical data require researchers to update their ideas and methods,and strive to unearth the textual meaning behind its documentary value. The case of Duliu Town shows that in-depth analysis of the content of the article and its formative mechanism,comprehensive approach of textual research from multiple sources,and necessary fieldwork are all effective ways to understand the North China Market Town Writing in Modern Newspapers.
