摘　　要：白藜芦醇是一种天然多酚类活性物质,存在于多种中药材及食物中,具有多种药理或生理活性,广泛应用于医药、化妆品等领域。目前,白藜芦醇局部应用制剂主要通过皮肤、鼻腔、眼部、口腔、阴道等途径,采用包括纳米载体、凝胶、微粒等多种给药系统局部给药,用于局部抗炎、抗氧化、抵御紫外线损伤、治疗神经系统疾病等。本文就白藜芦醇局部应用制剂给药途径、剂型、给药目的等研究进展进行综述,以期为白藜芦醇局部应用制剂的进一步研发提供参考。Resveratrol is a natural polyphenolic active substance in a variety of Chinese herbal medicines and foods.Resveratrol proves to have various pharmacological or physiological activities,and is widely used in medicine and cosmetics.Currently,the resveratrol topical preparations are used for local anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,protection from ultraviolet damage,treatment of nervous system diseases,and so on,through the skin,nasal,ocular,buccal and vaginal administration by nano-carriers,gels,microparticles and other drug delivery systems.This article summarized the research progress in resveratrol topical preparations,including the administration route,dosage form,administration purpose,etc.,to provide a reference for the further development of resveratrol topical preparations.
