摘　　要：以昭通学院大学体育改革课题——"花毽文化融入大学公共体育健康课程的探索"为研究对象,利用马克思主义唯物辩证法、演绎法和逻辑分析法对课题理论的科学性进行了论证;并结合访问问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法对课题在实践中的效果及存在问题进行了分析。结果显示,课题作为大学体育改革项目在实践初期效果显著,存在的问题也都有行之有效的解决方法,可为当下大学体育的改革提供经验。Taking Zhaotong University’s sports reform project"shuttlecock culture into the University Public Sports Health Curriculum Exploration"as the object,the study demonstrates the scientific nature of the project theory by combining Marxist dialectical materialism,deductive and logical analysis.Through the questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis method,the study analyzes the effect and the existing problems of the project in practice.The results show that,the project,as a university sports reform case,has a significant effect in the initial stage of practice,and there are effective solutions to the existing problems.The study can provide principles and methods for the current university sports reform.
