摘　　要：冷战结束以来综合安全问题凸显,从根本上拓展了战争的外延。战争"力臂"的增长使国家安全脆弱性扩展,政治、社会、经济、文化等软目标成为战争体系的致命弱点,战争的重心从军事系统向社会系统偏移。非传统安全兴起并与传统冲突交织,使战争的主体和范畴扩展,战争的社会化特点更加突出,混合战争的冲突形态加快形成。全球化时代的战争远远超出军事对抗,向非军事领域扩展,呈现出政治、军事、经济、社会、文化多域打击新形态,形成了更高层次、更大范围的体系对抗。Since the end of the Cold War,the problem of comprehensive security has become prominent,which has fundamentally widened the scope of war.The growth of the"arms of war"has increased the vulnerability of national security.The soft goals of politics,society,economy and culture have become the fatal weakness of the war system,and the focus of war has shifted from the military system to the social system.The rise of non-conventional security and its intertwining with traditional conflicts have expanded the participants and scope of war,highlighted the socialized characteristics of war,and accelerated formation of the conflict pattern of mixed wars.In the era of globalization,war goes far beyond military confrontation and expands to nonmilitary fields,showing a new form of multi-domain attack in politics,military,economy,society and culture,creating a higher level and wider range of systematic confrontation.
