大国竞争背景下美国高端常规战争能力建设评析

摘　　要：在大国竞争思维指导下,美国在防务规划过程中越发重视高端常规战争能力建设。高端常规战争着眼于应对大国之间的高端冲突,竞争的强度大、领域广,技术和资本密集度高。目前,美国优先分配资源,优化部队结构编成,加速促进军事技术和作战理论创新,推动军事力量朝着智能化、无人化和一体化联合的方向发展。Under the guidance of the thinking of great-power competition,the US attaches more and more importance to the development of high-end conventional war capability in the process of defense planning.The high-end conventional war focuses on dealing with high-end conflicts among the great powers,with the competition growing strong,involving wide areas and being highly technology-intensive and capital-intensive.At present,the US has given priority to allocating resources and optimizing military structure,accelerated the innovation of military technologies and combating theories,and guided the development of military forces to be intelligent,unmanned and integrated.
