2型糖尿病患者使用诺和锐30与优泌乐25治疗对FPG、2 h PG及HbA1c水平的调节作用

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病患者使用门冬胰岛素30注射液(商品名:诺和锐30)与精蛋白锌重组赖脯胰岛素混合注射液(25R)(商品名:优泌乐25)治疗对空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平的调节作用。方法80例新诊断2型糖尿病的患者,随机分为优泌乐25组和诺和锐30组,每组40例。优泌乐25组患者使用优泌乐25治疗,诺和锐30组患者使用诺和锐30治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血糖(FPG、2 h PG及HbA1c)水平及低血糖发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的FPG、2 h PG及HbA1c水平均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);诺和锐30组患者的FPG(8.13±1.12)mmol/L高于优泌乐25组的(7.13±1.18)mmol/L,2 h PG(6.76±1.14)mmol/L及HbA1c(6.16±0.24)%均明显低于优泌乐25组的(9.88±1.82)mmol/L、(7.08±0.81)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。诺和锐30组患者的低血糖发生率2.50%低于优泌乐25组的5.00%,但对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论诺和锐30与优泌乐25治疗2型糖尿病患者均可取得较佳的血糖控制效果,且不易发生低血糖等不良事件发生,但诺和锐30可更佳的控制餐后血糖,优泌乐25可更佳的控制空腹血糖。Objective To analyze the regulative effects of insulin aspart 30 injection(trade name:Novomix 30)and mixed protamine zinc recombinant insulin lispro mixed injection(25R)(trade name:Humalog Mix 25)on the levels of FPG,2 h PG and HbA1c in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 cases of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into Humalog Mix 25 group and Novomix 30 group,with 40 cases in each group.Humalog Mix group was treated with Humalog Mix 25,and Novomix 30 group was treated with Novomix 30.The blood glucose(FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c)and occurrence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of FPG,2 h PG and HbA1c of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FPG(8.13±1.12)mmol/L of Novomix 30 group was higher than(7.13±1.18)mmol/L of Humalog Mix 25 group,and 2 h PG(6.76±1.14)mmol/L and HbA1c(6.16±0.24)%were obviously lower than(9.88±1.82)mmol/L and(7.08±0.81)%of Humalog Mix group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia 2.50%of Novomix 30 group was lower than 5.00%of Humalog Mix 25 group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Both Novomix 30 and Humalog Mix 25 can better control the blood glucose of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and are not prone to adverse events such as hypoglycemia.However,Novomix 30 can better control postprandial blood glucose and secretion Humalog Mix 25 can better control fasting blood glucose.
