甲基强的松龙冲击联合补肾固精方治疗小儿难治性肾病综合征的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨甲基强的松龙冲击联合补肾固精方治疗小儿难治性肾病综合征的临床效果。方法60例小儿难治性肾病综合征患儿,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组患儿采用甲基强的松龙冲击治疗,研究组患儿采用甲基强的松龙冲击联合补肾固精方治疗。比较两组患儿治疗结果、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、血清球蛋白(GLB)、24 h尿蛋白定量、复发情况。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的73.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患儿BUN、SCr、GLB、24 h尿蛋白定量均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿复发率为6.7%,低于对照组的26.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿难治性肾病综合征采用甲基强的松龙冲击联合补肾固精方治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of methylprednisone shock combined with Bushen Gujing prescription in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome in children.Methods A total of60 children with refractory nephrotic syndrome were divided into control group and research group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methylprednisone shock,and the research group was treated with methylprednisone shock combined with Bushen Gujing prescription.The therapeutic effect,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),serum globulin(GLB),24 h urine protein quantification,recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 93.3%,which was higher than 73.3%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the BUN,SCr,GLB and 24 h urine protein quantification of the research group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate 6.7%of the research group was lower than 26.7%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of methylprednisone shock and Bushen Gujing prescription has significant effect on children with refractory nephrotic syndrome,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
