智能存取系统对住院药局药品定量管理的应用与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨智能存取系统对住院药局药品定量管理的应用与分析效果。方法择取2013年1~12月设为对照阶段,以2018年1~12月设为观察阶段,对照阶段对住院部药局施行常规药品定量管理,观察阶段在常规药品定量管理中使用智能存取系统,分析不同时间段的应用效果。结果观察阶段药品管理质量各项评分及总分均高于对照阶段(P<0.05);观察阶段药品调剂时间、核对时间、发放时间均短于对照阶段(P<0.05);观察阶段调剂总差错率低于对照阶段(P<0.05);观察阶段药剂工作人员药品定量管理相关知识问卷调查评分高于对照阶段(P<0.05);观察阶段患者满意度评分均高于对照阶段(P<0.05);观察阶段患者总满意率高于对照阶段(P<0.05)。结论在住院药局药品定量管理中联用智能存取系统,能够获得良好的应用效果。Objective To investigate the application effects of intelligent access system in quantitative management of drugs in inpatient drug administration.Methods The duration from January 2013 to December 2013 was set up as the control period,and the duration from January 2018 to December 2018 was set up as the observation period.In the control period,the routine drug quantitative management was performed in the drug administration of inpatient department.In the observation period,the intelligent access system was performed in routine drug quantitative management,and the application effects in different time periods were analyzed.Results The scores and total scores of drug management quality in observation period were significantly higher than those in control period(P<0.05).The drug dispensing time,check time and release time in observation period were significantly shorter than those in control period(P<0.05).The total error rate in observation period was significantly lower than that in control period(P<0.05).Moreover the questionnaire score of the knowledge management knowledge of drug workers and the satisfaction scores of patients as well as the overall satisfaction rate in observation period were significantly higher than those in control period(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intelligent access system in the quantitative drug management of inpatient drug administration can obtain better application effects.
