摘  要:针对当前国内铸造企业解决发动机缸体缸盖内腔脉纹的常见技术方案及存在问题,分析了冷芯树脂砂工艺生产的发动机缸体缸盖内腔脉纹缺陷的主要影响因素及形成机理;通过DK-2型冷芯防脉纹剂对缸体缸盖内腔进行清洁度改善试验,试验表明:DK-2型冷芯防脉纹剂可消除铸件内腔脉纹、抑制砂芯烧结、缓解内腔表面粘砂及防止铸件尺寸超差等,并具有综合成本低的优势。In view of the common technical solutions and existing problems to solve the internal cavity veins of engine cylinder block and cylinder head in domestic foundry enterprises,the main infuencing factors and formation mechanism of the defects of internal cavity veins of engine cylinder block and cylinder head produced by cold-core resin sand technology were analyzed.The cleaning degree of the inner cavity of cylinder block and head was improved by DK-2 cold core anti-vein agent.The test results show that DK-2 cold core anti-vein agent can eliminate the inner cavity veins of casting,inhibit the sintering of sand core,relieve the sand sticking on the surface of inner cavity and prevent the size of casting from being out of line,so it has the advantage of low comprehensive cost.
