摘  要:通过分析控制铁液质量的误区:用碳当量控制铁液的凝固组织;用碳、硅含量控制铸铁的金相组织;不论时机和效果的孕育操作;用成分推算的共晶度控制铁液质量。说明了铁液的共晶度和再辉度是管控铁液质量的核心,多关注测量铁液的共晶度、再辉度和共晶度增量才能稳定生产优质铸铁件。Through analyzing the Misunderstanding of controlling the quality of molten iron,such as controlling the solidifcation structure of molten iron by CE,controlling the metallographic structure of cast iron by the content of C and Si,inoculation in inappropriate timing and efect,the Sc calculated by composition is used to control the quality of molten iron.It is shown that Sc and recalescence of molten iron are the core technology of quality control of molten iron.High-quality castings can be produced by paying more attention to the Sc,recalescence and increment of molten iron.
