数字经济背景下机电一体化专业人才培养职业面向研究

摘　　要：对杭州及周边地区32家制造业企业和浙江省内27所高职院校进行调研,了解机电一体化专业的岗位需求、职业素养要求、招生规模、培养方向,分析典型岗位的主要工作任务和岗位能力要求,明确数字经济背景下机电一体化专业的人才培养职业面向,进而结合工业机器人相关职业技能证书和现代学徒制对专业课程体系与课程标准进行调整。A survey on 32 manufacturing companies in Hangzhou and surrounding areas and 27 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province was conducted to learn about the job requirements,professional qualifications,enrollment scale,and cultivation orientation of mechatronics,and analyze the main tasks and job ability requirements of typical positions,clarify the career orientation of talent training for mechatronics under the background of digital economy,and adjust the professional curriculum system and curriculum standards in conjunction with industrial robot-related job skill certificates and modern apprenticeships.
