摘　　要：针对600 MW汽轮发电机定子股线断裂故障,进行了现场检查、金相分析、化学成分分析、力学性能分析、断口电镜扫描。通过检查和分析,确认由于疲劳裂纹不断扩展,最终导致定子股线断裂。所做的故障分析可以为同类型故障提供参考。In view of the fracture failure of the stator strands of the 600 MW steam turbo-generator,on-site inspection,metallurgical analysis,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property analysis,and electron microscope scanning of the fracture were carried out.Through inspection and analysis,it is confirmed that due to the continuous expansion of fatigue cracks,the stator strands are eventually broken.The failure analysis done can provide reference for the same type of fault.
