摘　　要：为了保障我省农村危房改造的质量安全,有序开展农村危房加固改造工作,制定了一部适应当前形势、满足我省农村房屋现状和未来,又在一定时期满足农房建设技术需求的工程技术地方标准《黑龙江省农村危房改造技术规程》。文中针对黑龙江省农房特点及气候条件,提出了几项创新技术内容,并详细阐述了规程中创新内容的确定依据及其成熟度,同时将规程与国内相关标准进行了对比,对规程进行了初步评价,也提出了规程尚存的主要问题以及今后修编时需进行的主要工作。In order to ensure the quality and safety of the renovation of rural dangerous building in Heilongjiang Province and carry out the reinforcement and reconstruction of rural dangerous building in an orderly manner, a local engineering technical standard technical specification for renovation of dangerous building in rural areas Heilongjiang Province is formulated to adapt to the current situation, meet the current situation of rural buildings in Heilongjiang Province and the technical requirements of rural building construction in a certain period in the future. According to the characteristics of rural buildings and climatic conditions in Heilongjiang Province, this standard puts forward several innovative technology contents. This paper expounds the determination basis and maturity of innovative contents in the regulation, compares this regulation with relevant domestic standards, and makes a preliminary evaluation of this regulation, It also puts forward the main problems existing in the regulation and the main work to be done in the future revision.
