银杏叶提取物对糖尿病肾病的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨银杏叶提取物对糖尿病肾病的作用分析。方法将本院确诊的80例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为2组,在糖尿病常规治疗基础上,实验组加用银杏叶提取物,治疗12周后,测定肌酐(Cre)、尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)、24小时尿蛋白(24hPro)数值。同时,检测血液中C-反应蛋白(CRP)、D-二聚体(DD)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的数值,作为疗效评价依据。结果Cre、24h尿Pro、DD、CRP指标中,实验组数值低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物具有保护肾脏功能,改善血液高凝状态的作用,在糖尿病肾病的治疗中疗效显著,可以进行推广。Objective To study the influence of ginkgo extract on diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups.Based on the routine treatment of diabetes,ginkgo extract was added to experimental group.After 12 weeks of treatment,creatinine(CRE),uric acid(UA),urea nitrogen(BUN)and 24h urinary protein(24h Pro)were measured.At the same time,C-reactive protein(CRP),D-dimer(DD),plasma fibrinogen(FIB)and serum homocysteine(HCY)were determined as the basis of efficacy evaluation.Results The values of CRE,24h proteinuria,DD and CRP in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo biloba leaf extract can protect kidney function and improve blood hypercoagulability,which is effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and can be popularized.
