四川遂宁地区健康成人血浆无机磷参考区间的调查

摘　　要：目的:调查四川遂宁地区健康成人血浆无机磷的浓度水平。方法:检测我院6729例体检健康成人血浆中无机磷的浓度水平,验证其检测结果落在行业标准WS/T 404.6-2015血清参考区间范围内的比率是否≥90%,并以非参数法建立其血浆参考区间。结果:遂宁地区健康成人血浆无机磷的浓度水平呈偏态分布(P<0.01),男性与女性在各年龄段差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。行业标准中的血清参考区间验证女性均通过、男性未通过。遂宁地区健康成人从血浆无机磷的参考区间:男性20~29岁为0.82~1.39 mmol/L、30~39岁为0.77~1.35 mmol/L、40~59岁为0.73~1.29 mmol/L、60~79岁为0.70~1.26 mmol/L;女性20~29岁为0.91~1.42 mmol/L、30~39岁为0.84~1.37 mmol/L、40~49岁为0.83~1.35 mmol/L、50~79岁为0.91~1.41 mmol/L。结论:遂宁地区健康成人血浆无机磷参考区间不能直接引用行业标准中的血清参考区间,各实验室使用血浆样品进行无机磷检测时,宜对血清参考区间进行转换或自建参考区间。Objective:To investigate the plasma inorganic phosphorus concentration of healthy adults in Suining, Sichuan. Methods:The plasma inorganic phosphorus levels of 6729 healthy adults receiving medical examination in our hospital were detected to verify whether the detection results within the industry standard WS/T 404. 6-2015 serum reference interval were≥90%, and its plasma reference interval was established by nonparametric method. Results: The plasma inorganic phosphorus concentration of healthy adults in Suining area showed skew distribution(P< 0. 01), and the difference between male and female was statistically significant in all age groups(P< 0. 01). Quoting the serum reference interval in the industry standard directly,women had passed the validation, but men had failed. The reference intervals of plasma inorganic phosphorus of healthy adults in Suining area were as follows, male: 0. 82-1. 39 mmol/L for 20-29 years old, 0. 77-1. 35 mmol/L for 30-39 years old,0. 73-1. 29 mmol/L for 40-59 years old, 0. 70-1. 26 mmol/L for 60-79 years old;female:0. 91-1. 42 mmol/L for20-29 years old, 0. 84-1. 37 mmol/L for 30-39 years old, 0. 83-1. 35 mmol/L for 40-49 years old, 0. 91-1. 41 mmol/L for 50-79 years old. Conclusion:The reference range of plasma inorganic phosphorus of healthy adults in Suining area can not directly quote the serum reference range in the industry standard. When using plasma samples for inorganic phosphorus detection in laboratories, the serum reference range should be converted or self-established.
