摘 要:为探究碟盘振动截割煤岩性能,以碟盘齿数、煤岩强度、进给速度、振动频率、振动幅值,设计5因素3水平的碟盘振动截割煤岩正交数值模拟实验,将径向载荷峰值均值、轴正向载荷峰值均值、轴负向载荷峰值均值作为评价指标,根据变异系数法确定指标权重,采用TOPSIS法和极差分析法综合评价载荷峰值均值与各因素对碟盘振动截割煤岩性能的影响程度,通过多目标遗传算法获得优化参数。结果表明:与正交数值模拟实验方案中综合评价最优组号相比,在煤岩抗压强度为20 MPa时,碟盘所受最大载荷峰值均值小15.92%,径向载荷峰值均值小32.98%;在煤岩强度为50 MPa时,碟盘所受最大径向载荷峰值均值无明显变化;在煤岩强度为90 MPa时,碟盘所受径向载荷峰值均值小17.87%。This paper seeks to investigate the performance of the disc vibration cutting coal rock.The study,involves designing the orthogonal numerical simulation experiment of the plate vibration cutting coal rock with 5 factors and 3 levels,according to the number of disk teeth,the strength of coal rock,the feed speed,the vibration frequency and the vibration amplitude;determining the index weight by the variation coefficient method using the radial load peak value,axial forward load peak value and axial negative load peak value as evaluation indexes;comprehensively evaluating the influence degree of load peak value and various factors on the lithology energy of disc vibration cutting coal using TOPSIS method and extreme difference analysis method;and optimizing the parameters using multi-objective genetic algorithm.The results show that,multi-objective genetic algorithm enables the maximum load peak value of disk 15.92%lower and that of radial load 32.98%smaller respectively than what is possible with optimal group number for comprehensive evaluation in orthogonal numerical simulation experiment scheme,in the presence of the compressive strength of coal and rock of 20 MPa;in the presence of the strength of coal and rock of 50 MPa,there is no significant change in the peak value of the maximum radial load on the disk;and in the presence of the strength of coal and rock of 90 MPa,the average value of radial load on disk is 17.87%.
