摘　　要：无抗养殖是当前畜牧业发展的热点问题,寻找抗生素替代物、减少抗生素的使用量已成为当务之急。文章总结了畜禽养殖过程中抗生素的使用情况,目前常用抗生素替代物的种类及作用机理,并探讨了抗生素替代物在畜禽养殖过程中的应用,以期为畜禽养殖抗生素替代物的研究及应用提供参考。Breeding without antibiotics has become a hot issue in current animal husbandry development,seeking for antibiotics substitute and reducing the use of antibiotics have become very urgent.This paper summarized the use of antibiotics in livestock and poultry breeding,the types and mechanism of antibiotics substitutes,and discussed the application of antibiotics substitutes in livestock and poultry breeding,in order to provide reference for the research and application of antibiotics substitutes in livestock and poultry breeding。
