摘 要:为了解规模化肉鸡场养殖污水及处理后水样各主要指标含量,采集了某肉鸡场不同季节污水原水样及氧化塘(兼性塘)处理后水样,对各水样主要水质指标进行分析。结果表明:污水原水中总氮(TN)、氨氮(NH 3-N)、总磷(TP)、化学需氧量(COD)以及电导率(EC)变化范围为135.00~339.23 mg/L、43.57~142.00 mg/L、27.43~56.5 mg/L、646.67~2823.33 mg/L以及26.9~116.67 ms/cm;TN、TP及COD与水温均存在显著相关关系(P>0.05),NH 3-N与水温存在极显著相关关系(P<0.05),EC与pH存在显著相关关系(P<0.05);经氧化塘处理后,TN、NH 3-N、TP、COD及EC总体去除率(下降率)为17.04%~78.90%、52.53%~78.86%、26.98%~89.64%、50.25%~86.60%以及16.38~35.38%。研究结果提示,水温是影响肉鸡养殖污水主要水质指标的重要因素;氧化塘能够有效去除肉鸡养殖污水中氮磷和有机污染物,塘中pH是影响处理效果的重要因素。To understand the contents of the main indicators of sewage from large-scale broiler farms and of treated water samples,the sewage water sample and water sample from oxidant pond(facultative ponds)after treatment were collected in different seasons,and then the main water quality indexes were analysed.The study revealed that the variation range of TN,NH 3-N,TP,COD and EC in sewage was 135.00~339.23 mg/L,43.57~142.00 mg/L,27.43~56.5 mg/L,646.67~2823.33 mg/L and 26.9~116.67 ms/cm;TN,TP and COD had significant correlation with T(P>0.05),NH 3-N had highly significant correlation with T(P<0.05),EC had significant correlation with pH(P<0.05);the overall removal rates(descent rate)of TN,NH 3-N,TP,COD and EC were 17.04%~78.90%,52.53%~78.86%,26.98%~89.64%,50.25%~86.60%and 16.38~35.38%respectively in water samples after treated by oxidation pond.It is concluded that T is a key factor that affects the main water quality indicators of broiler breeding sewage;oxidation pond can remove nitrogen,phosphorus and organic pollutants in broiler breeding sewage effectively,and pH in oxidation pond is an essential factor that affects the treatment effect.
