摘  要:建设优质高产的混播多年生人工草地,为麋鹿采食栖息地提供一定的生物功能。在麋鹿栖息地,对人工建植混播草地的初级生产力及营养物质动态变化进行了研究。结果表明,麋鹿栖息地混播人工草地地上生物量年度动态变化呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在6月份为1862.7 g/m^(2),地上生物量年累计5413.10 g/m^(2),草地群落中禾本科牧草生物量显著大于豆科与莎草科牧草平均生物量(P<0.05)。草地植被功能群组成动态变化中,禾本科之间所占比例无差异,但豆科、莎草科及杂草所占比例动态差异显著(P<0.05)。营养物质粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)年度内动态差异不显著(P>0.05),而干物质(DM)和粗灰分(Ash)差异显著(P<0.05)。混播人工草地初级生产力高,禾本科草占据种群优势,牧草适口性、可消化率较高,草地营养物质能满足麋鹿生活所需。The construction of high-quality and high-yield mixed-planting perennial artificial grassland can provide certain biological functions for the feeding habitat of elk.The dynamic changes of primary productivity and nutrient in artificial mixed pasture were studied in elk habitat.The results indicated that the annual dynamic change of aboveground biomass of mixed artificial pasture in elk habitat showed a single peak curve.The peak was 1862.7 g/m^(2) in June,and the annual total of aboveground biomass was 5413.10 g/m^(2).The biomass of Gramineae in grassland community was significantly higher than that of Leguminosae and Cyperaceous(P<0.05).There was no difference in the proportion of Gramineae among the dynamic changes of vegetation functional groups in grassland,but there was significant difference in the proportion of Leguminosae,Cyperaceous and weeds(P<0.05).The dynamic differences in nutrients of crude protein(CP),crude fat(EE),acid washed fiber(ADF)and neutral washed fiber(NDF)were not significant during the year(P>0.05).The differences in dry matter(DM)and coarse ash(Ash)were significant(P<0.05).The primary productivity of mixed sowing artificial grassland was very high,and gramineous grass dominatedthe population.Forage palatability,digestibility was high and grassland nutrients could meet the needs of elk life.
