成熟虎尾草种子引发新疆双峰驼幼驼口炎的诊断与防治

摘　　要：对新疆福海县双峰驼幼驼口炎发生的原因进行了调查并对幼驼口炎进行诊治。治疗时用0.9%的生理盐水冲洗病驼的口腔,用灭菌纱布取出口腔黏膜上的种子。同时皮下注射复方磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠注射液和黄芪多糖注射液以消炎止痛。经过治疗,病驼症状逐步缓解,5 d后所有病驼全部痊愈。将幼驼口腔黏膜及齿龈处取出的种子通过外部形态鉴定和显微鉴定,发现该种子为虎尾草(Chloris virgata)种子,确诊此次的幼驼口炎是由成熟虎尾草种子引发的溃疡性口炎(Ulcerative stomatitis),预防由成熟虎尾草种子引发的口炎应加强饲养管理,减少饲喂含有成熟虎尾草种子的饲草。This paper investigated the causes of stomatitis of young camels and gave diagnosis and treatment to stomatitis of young camels in Fuhai county,xinjiang autonomous region.During the treatment,0.9%normal saline was used to wash the oral cavity of the diseased camel,seeds on oral mucosa were taken out with sterilized gauze,and then 0.9%normal saline was used to wash the oral cavity.At the same time,compound sulfamethoxazole sodium injection and astragalus polysaccharide injection were injected subcutaneously to relieve inflammation and pain.After treatment,the symptoms of the sick camel were gradually relieved,and all the sick camels were cured after 5 days.The seeds from oral mucosa and gingiva of young camel were identified by external morphological identification and microscopic identification.It was found that the seeds were of Chloris virgata.It was confirmed that the stomatitis of young camel was Ulcerative stomatitis caused by mature seeds of Chloris virgata.To prevent stomatitis caused by mature seeds of Chloris virgata,the feeding management should be strengthened and the feeding of forage containing mature Chloris virgata seeds should be reduced.
