HPLC法测定紫地榆中六种化学成分含量

摘　　要：对紫地榆药材中没食子酸、没食子酸甲酯、鞣料云实素、老鹳草素、鞣花酸、五没食子酰葡萄糖进行含量测定,采用高效液相色谱法,Aglient ZORBAX SBAq-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长254 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃。研究结果表明六个化学成分均线性关系良好,平均回收率在98.44%~102.03%之间,RSD在0.96%~2.96%之间。该方法结果准确、重现性好,为紫地榆药材质量控制提供了依据。The content of gallic acid,methyl gallate,tannin,geranium,ellagic acid,and pentagalloyl glucose in the medicinal materials of Geranium strictipes R.Knuth were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The column is Aglient ZORBAX SBAq-C_(18) chromatography Column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),mobile phase is acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid aqueous solution(gradient elution),detection wavelength is 254 nm,flow rate is 1.0 mL/min,column temperature is 30℃.The results show that six chemical components all have good linear relationship,their average recovery rates and RSD are from 98.44%to 102.03%,and from 0.96%to 2.96%,respectively.The results of this method are accurate and reproducible,which provides a basis for the quality control of G.strictipes.
