摘  要:利用直升飞机空中喷雾结合林间高效诱捕器监测技术,研究了8%氯氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂和高效引诱触杀微囊剂ITK-1对松墨天牛成虫的防治效果。研究结果表明,在天牛羽化高峰期前后开展2次飞机防治,可有效减少林间天牛虫口数量,可在一定程度上降低松材线虫病疫情传播的风险;在林间带状喷洒(间隔100 m)高效引诱触杀微囊剂ITK-1和均匀喷洒8%氯氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂相同剂量(1500 mL·hm^(-2)),两种药剂飞机防治区的天牛年诱捕总量显著低于空白对照区诱捕总量,防治效果分别在75.59%~78.69%和40.28%~88.84%之间。综合分析发现,在总用药量减半的情况下ITK-1能够取得与8%氯氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂同等防治效果。研究结果进一步证实高效引诱触杀微囊剂ITK-1可作为松材线虫病媒介昆虫化学防控理想药剂。In this study,the insecticidal activity of 8%cypermethrin millirod suspending agent and contact pesticide capsule ITK-1 against the adult Monochamus alternatus were investigated in pineland via both airplane spraying and APF-1 attractant technology from 2017 to 2020 in Chongqing.The results showed that two times aerial control per year can reduced the population of M.alternatus in pineland and the risk of spreading the pine wood nematode during the adult stage.Both the belt spraying(at an interval of 100 m)and full spraying obtained good control efficiency against adult M.alternatus,the mortality ranged from 40.28%to 88.84%for 8%cypermethrin millirod suspending agent and from 75.59 to 78.69%for ITK-1 respectively.However,this almost identical control efficiency for ITK-1 was obtained under a half sprayed quantity compared to 8%cypermethrin millirod suspending agent.The results further confirmed ITK-1 could be used an ideal insecticide against M.alternatus in the future.
